What's the difference between resin and FDM?

Resin captures much finer detail and smoother surfaces — ideal for miniatures and intricate pieces. FDM is stronger and more cost-effective for larger, functional, or structural items. We'll recommend the right one for your piece if you're not sure.

What materials do you print in?

• FDM: PLA, PETG, and ABS — good for durable, functional, and larger pieces

• Resin: high-detail resin for fine detail work like miniatures, figurines, and jewelry-scale pieces

• Laser cutting: acrylic, wood/MDF/plywood, and leather

Do items have any visible layer lines or texture?

3D printing builds objects layer by layer, so faint layer lines can be part of the natural texture — especially on FDM prints. We finish and sand pieces where appropriate, but this is a normal characteristic of the process, not a defect.

Custom Orders

Can I send my own design?

Yes — send us your file (STEP, STL, OBJ, or similar for 3D prints; vector files like DWG/AI/SVG for laser cutting) and we'll confirm feasibility, material, and price before starting.

I don't have a design file — can you still help?

Yes, describe what you're picturing or send reference images, and we'll work with you on a design before production.

How long do custom orders take?
