Every piece we make is 3D printed and, in many cases, produced specifically for you. This policy explains what's returnable, what isn't, and how we handle issues.

Ready-to-Ship Items

  • Eligible for return within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within 5 – 10 business days, or offer a store credit/exchange if you prefer.

  • Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Custom, Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

Because these are produced specifically to your specifications (custom design, size, color, engraving, or corporate/bulk order), they are not eligible for return or refund once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defect (see below).

If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact us before production begins. Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled, as materials and machine time have already been committed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jagannath3dcreations@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9953428428 with clear photos of the item and packaging.

  2. Once we confirm the issue, ship the item back to us at the return address below. We'll reimburse reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed defects.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Please note: 3D printed items, particularly resin prints, can have minor natural characteristics inherent to the printing process — such as faint layer lines, slight surface texture, or minor color variation from screen to physical product. These are normal and not considered defects. Genuine manufacturing defects (cracks, incomplete prints, structural failure, wrong item/specs) are always covered.

Non-Returnable Categories

  • Custom and personalized prints

  • Corporate & bulk orders once production has begun

  • Items marked "final sale" or clearance

  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery

All physical returns (ready-to-ship items and confirmed defects) should be shipped to:

Please include your order number with the returned item so we can process it quickly. We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping service — we can't issue a refund without receiving the item or confirmation of delivery.

How Refunds Work

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take 5 - 10 business days to reflect after we initiate it. You'll receive a confirmation once the refund is processed.
