By using this website or placing an order with Jagannath 3D Creations, you agree to the following terms.

About Us

Jagannath 3D Creations is a 3D printing studio based in New Delhi, India, offering FDM and resin 3D printed art, toys, home decor, custom prints, and corporate/bulk order fabrication.

Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase; an order is confirmed only once we accept it (e.g., via order confirmation email/message).

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a custom request is not technically feasible, if there's a pricing error, or in cases of suspected fraud. If we cancel a confirmed and paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., for large corporate/bulk orders, where advance/partial payment terms may apply).

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at the time your order is confirmed is what applies to that order.

Product Descriptions & Custom Prints

  • We do our best to represent colors, textures, and finishes accurately, but actual products may vary slightly from images due to screen display differences and the nature of the 3D printing process (e.g., minor layer lines, slight variation between print batches).

  • For custom prints, you are responsible for providing accurate specifications, dimensions, and design files. We are not liable for errors that result from incorrect or incomplete information/files provided by you. We'll flag any issues we notice before production, but final approval of a custom design is your responsibility.

  • For corporate/bulk orders involving your own designs or branding, you confirm that you own or have the right to use those designs, and you agree not to submit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property.

Intellectual Property

  • Original designs created by Jagannath 3D Creations remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., a commissioned design transferred to a corporate client under a separate agreement).

  • Designs, files, or artwork you provide to us for custom printing remain your property; we use them solely to fulfill your order.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jagannath 3D Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Indian law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines and return/refund terms are governed by our separate Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
